In this day in age customers will often message a business's social media page instead of calling or emailing. My background in customer service and sales allows me to give these potential customers good advice and knowledge of a brand’s products. I always send the customers a phone number, address, website, or email to take the next steps. An informative reply directly from a business's social media page positively impacts the customers decision process and helps close deals!

Sometimes customers will message with questions that are easily answered on your website or profile. But that’s okay! My approach to these kinds of questions is to give them the info they need even if the answer is right in our bio. I use built in messaging tools to draft answers to commonly asked questions to make things easy.
